Winchestival is the brainchild of three local Winchester guys. Three guys born & raised in the Winchester area who share a vision. A vision to create a fantastic event for the people of Winchester and a platform that gives the local community the opportunity to come together in celebration.
A festival that reflects the style, personality and taste of this great place. The vision is to do things a bit differently, to create a festival with equal billing for quality music, comedy and street food.
An astonishing 3,700 turned out in year one to support the event. Those people experienced some fantastic music from Eliza and the Bear, Richard Morris, Sean McGowan comedy from Hal Cruttenden and Rachel Parris and street food from Flaming Peaches, Eat Meat Cheese Repeat amongst many many others who all contributed to make it the truly special day it was.
We have been working tirelessly, collecting feedback and thinking about exactly what it was that made it great. So now it’s time to push it forward…
